Consultation fees are payable in full at the conclusion of your appointment by Cash, EFTPOS, or Credit card. Medicare rebates can be deposited into your bank account if you have registered your bank details with Medicare.
We accept most OSHC Insurance providers, this can be claimed through HICAPS when you bring your valid Health Insurance card to your appointment.
Students and UniSA staff must provide a valid Staff/Student ID at the time of your appointment to receive the discounted fee.
Concession card holders and children aged 15 and under are bulk-billed.

Additional Costs
There may be additional fees for other non-standard services items including excisions, iron infusions, procedures (Mirena and Implanon insertion) consumables, wound care products, and admin request such as the transfer of medical records. Contact the admin team for any questions about the fees.
Telehealth
All patient directed telehealth will attract a $45 gap. Contact the admin team for any questions about the fees.
ReturnToWorkSA (RTWSA)
RTWSA fees are scheduled at the gazetted rates. Please be aware that you will need to pay your account fees upfront and claim a reimbursement directly with your RTWSA insurer.
Mental Health Nurse – Campus Clinics only
A small gap fee of $10 applies to all consultations with our Mental Health Nurse. This must be paid at the time of consultation.
Cancellations and Did Not Attend (DNA) Fees
If you no longer require your appointment please notify the clinic as soon as possible, this will allow us to offer this appointment to someone else.
